Food Cravings:

You may feel sudden craving for your favourite dish or an aversion for healthy foods. This time you would need to replace your favourite fast foods with vegetables and you should do this for your and your baby’s needs. 

Cramps:

Frequent Urination:

Do Exercise

Exercise is also a great way to make ease pregnancy symptoms and keep both your body and baby healthy. Typically any type of exercise or activity you were doing during pregnancy is safe till the first trimester. For any vigorous exercise, consult with your doctor about certain changes that might be necessary.

Ultrasound At 5 Weeks Pregnancy

If you are not known to any serious medical history that could complicate your pregnancy, it is advisable not to go for a 5 weeks pregnant ultrasound. However, if you do 5 weeks pregnant ultrasound, your doctor might tell you the dimensions of your baby from its crown to rump which helps them adjust your due date. You would see the yolk sac along with the gestational sac which forms the source of nutrition for your baby during the initial stage. Be Strongly Prepared Emotionally:

You can expect to experience emotional and physical symptoms in early pregnancy. You may find that you go back and forth between being insanely excited and at the same time being worried. If you have not done so already, don’t delay and cut out smoking. Both parents should adopt a healthy lifestyle by stopping smoking and drinking alcohol, reduce caffeine intake, and get regular exercise.

Avoid junk food

From now, it is very important to avoid junk food and replace them with a healthy diet. Proper pregnancy diet plan will help to provide all the required nutrients to you and your baby.

Keep distance from the pets

In pregnancy, it is more important to keep distance from pets because these are the barrier for some dangerous disease-causing organisms. 

Take a test

As like 4 weeks pregnancy we have stated earlier, at 5 weeks pregnancy also the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) hormone remains high enough so now a pregnancy test will register positive.
